A New Vision for MEDT - Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

GDA staff facilitated the development of a new vision, mission and core values for the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. This involved extensive consultation with senior OPS officials, external stakeholder organizations as well as numerous facilitated workshops with both internal and external stakeholders, the latter including members of the Ontario business community.
